Types of Bottle
Standard (Original/normal both said)- Designed to reduce colic pain and to reduce the risk of middle ear infection due to bottle feeding. Therefore, vent is necessary to use in order to prevent the bubbles forming in the bottle while feeding.
Options: Dr. Brown's options bottle allows us to use the bottle without the vent as well. The vent system is extremely useful during the early days of babies as they swallow lots of air while taking the feed and feel gassy later. The mature feeder mostly does not require a vent system so you can use the bottle without the vent as well.

What we love:
Dr. Brown's bottles are best known for their patented vented bottles. The bottles are designed in such a way that a baby can enjoy the feeding same as breastfeeding. The bottle does not allow the baby to engulf unnecessary air while feeding which causes colic pain, spit-ups and increase fuzziness among babies. The flow of milk is also good, until and unless the baby does not suck the nipple the milk will not come out on its own which is the best feature of this bottle. The Dr. Brown bottles are made up of polypropylene material and BPA-free which is most important to look at when we are buying a baby feeding product.
Pros & Cons of Dr. Brown Feeding Bottles
Pros:
Beautiful Design
Easy to handle
Comfortable to hold as it's not so thick.
Later older babies can hold themselves.
Cons:
Little pricey
This bottle is based on a venting system, which is good for your baby to reduce gassy problems but at the same time you need to clean more parts of the bottle
Dr. Brown’s Glass bottles are not frequently available in India.
What to note while using the bottle:
Never give your baby the feeding teats as a soother.
Do not let a child take a bottle to bed or self-feed for long periods, as it results in early tooth decay.
Always use the bottle and nipple tits as per the age of the baby. Like level 1 is for newborn to 3 months of baby and so on, to prevent the colic issue and smooth flow of milk from the bottle.
Do not discard the travel disk of the bottle, as it prevents leakage when not used or during travelling.
Always wash and sterilize the bottle after each feed.
Do not use a microwave oven to heat the bottle because microwave ovens can create hot spots in milk or formula.
Conclusion
If you are really worried about giving a bottle to your baby then you should start with this bottle. Dr. Brown’s bottles are extremely wonderful and effective, your baby will enjoy bottle feeding like breastfeeding. A must buy product for bottle feeding babies.
